How to make brioche bread and butter pudding 

Ingredients and crockery 

To make this delicious dessert, you’ll need:

A brioche loaf (sliced and gently pressed)

A vanilla pod

In terms of crockery, you’ll be needing a small non-stick pan, a jug, a baking dish or roasting tin and a large bowl.

Method

To make a brioche bread and butter pudding, the bread is sliced and then soaked in a delicious custard made from a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar and spices.
