Vegan hot chocolate never looked so good! This Ruby Hot chocolate is made by mixing your chocolate powder with beetroot, or dragon fruit powder for a rich pink pop and flavoured with delicious vanilla.

  • 1tbs cocoa powder
  • 1.5tsp beetroot or dragonfruit powder
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 2tsp Tate & Lyle Barista Collection Vanilla Coffee Syrup
  • Whipped coconut cream for topping (optional but recommended!)
Instructions
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
  1. Add your powders to a saucepan with the milk and heat on medium, stirring with a whisk until well combined and boiling
  2. Pour into your mug and add in the vanilla syrup
  3. Stir well and top with your squirty cream
