Put the orange juice, strawberries and Tate & Lyle Agave Syrup into a blender (or use a hand-held stick blender) and puree until smooth.
Take two tall glasses and half-fill them with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry mixture over them, then top up with soda water.
Serve at once, decorated with strawberries, mint leaves and orange slices.
Try topping up with lemonade instead of soda water.
