How to make Biscoff Swirls
Preheat the oven to 180C
Unroll the sheet of puff pastry
Using a spatula, spread the biscoff across half of the puff pastry sheet
Fold the pastry in half over the biscoff spread
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice 1cm strips, then twist around and roll up
Place on a lined baking tray spaced evenly apart and brush with soy milk
Bake for 8-10 mins
Dust with Tate & Lyle icing sugar
