Biscoff Swirls

This creation is delicious, quick and simple: a treat for everyone, with the Biscoff flavour running throughout the crispy pastry.

Biscoff Swirls

1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry

5 tbsp biscoff spread

Soya milk

Tate & Lyle Icing Sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry
  3. Using a spatula, spread the biscoff across half of the puff pastry sheet
  4. Fold the pastry in half over the biscoff spread
  5. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice 1cm strips, then twist around and roll up
  6. Place on a lined baking tray spaced evenly apart and brush with soy milk
  7. Bake for 8-10 mins
  8. Dust with Tate & Lyle icing sugar
