Baked Brown Sugar Peaches

Baked Brown Sugar Peaches

6 ripe peaches 

100g of Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Cane Dark Muscovado Sugar

Single cream to drizzle on top (optional)




  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4.
  2. Halve your peaches and top with the dark muscovado sugar on a baking sheet.
  3. Put your baking tray in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes - keeping an eye so they don’t burn on top, they should look caramelised when done.
  4. Once cooled slightly, serve with some single cream on top or just as they are for a juicy and sweet treat.
